Job Role & Responsibilities

The Trust & Safety Associate (Voice) will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and moderating user-generated content while also handling customer interactions through voice and chat channels. The role involves real-time decision-making, adherence to client policies, and maintaining a safe digital environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video, and text-based content as per client guidelines.
  • Investigate, escalate, and resolve issues reported by users or flagged by automated systems.
  • Provide customer support through voice and chat platforms with professionalism and empathy.
  • Classify or remove content that violates platform policies.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within CRM systems.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases to senior Trust & Safety teams.
