Job Role & Responsibilities

As Project Research Scientist-I (Non-Medical), you will contribute to experimental design, execution, and data analysis related to exosome-based therapeutic development.

Research & Development Activities

• Formulation and development of exosome-based drug delivery systems.
• Evaluation of therapeutic potential targeting glial cells in neurodegeneration models.
• Conducting in vitro and in vivo experimental studies.
• Animal handling and preclinical pharmacology experiments as per approved ethical guidelines.

Data Analysis & Documentation

• Recording, analyzing, and interpreting experimental results.
• Assisting in preparation of research manuscripts for peer-reviewed publications.
• Supporting grant documentation and project progress reports.
• Maintaining laboratory records in compliance with institutional and funding agency guidelines.

Scientific Communication

Essential Qualification
