Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Clinical Analyst Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in clinical data analysis, healthcare regulations, and clinical documentation. This role focuses on bridging clinical knowledge with healthcare analytics and regulatory compliance.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and review of clinical assessments under expert supervision
- Support analysis of clinical data to generate actionable healthcare insights
- Contribute to clinical guideline research and healthcare documentation
- Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and clinical reports
Healthcare Analytics & Regulatory Exposure
- Learn and apply US healthcare regulations including NCQA, HEDIS, CMS, HCC rules, and CDPS risk scoring
- Participate in clinical data modeling and risk adjustment processes
- Support upgrades and reviews related to CDPS and HCC conditions
Collaboration & Learning
- Work with cross-functional teams on clinical and healthcare analytics projects

- Develop strong understanding of healthcare workflows and data-driven decision making
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Candidates must be from clinical or healthcare backgrounds.
Required courses include:
MBBS, B.Sc Nursing, Dental (BDS), Life Sciences or equivalent clinical disciplines
