Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (OSD – Compression, Coating, Capsule Filling)

• Operate and monitor compression, coating, and capsule filling equipment
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and SOPs
• Maintain batch records and production documentation

Engineering (Process, Packing, HVAC, Utilities)

• Handle maintenance of process equipment and utilities
• Manage HVAC systems and ensure smooth plant operations
• Support troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities

Packing (Bottle & Blister Secondary Packing)

• Supervise and execute secondary packing operations
• Ensure packaging quality and compliance standards
• Maintain documentation for packing activities

Quality Control (IP/FP, Stability, RM, GLP, Micro)

• Perform analytical testing including IP and finished product analysis
• Conduct stability studies and raw material testing
• Follow GLP practices and maintain laboratory records

Quality Assurance (Validation, QMS, IPQA, AQA)

• Handle validation activities and quality management systems
