Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – OSD (Operator / Sr. Operator / Officer)

• Handle granulation, compression, and coating processes
• Operate production equipment and ensure process efficiency
• Follow SOPs and cGMP guidelines
• Maintain batch records and documentation

Production – Injectable

• Operate equipment such as autoclaves, vial washing systems, and filling lines
• Support compounding and sterile manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with aseptic practices and safety protocols

Quality Control – OSD

• Perform sampling, stability studies, and analytical testing
• Operate instruments like HPLC and GC
• Handle in-process and finished product testing

QC – Microbiology

• Conduct environmental monitoring (EM) and water testing
• Perform microbial limit tests (MLT) and sterility testing
• Maintain documentation and laboratory records
