Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Apprentice under the NATS program, you will receive structured training and practical exposure across your assigned department.
Core Responsibilities
- Learn and support daily operations in assigned pharmaceutical manufacturing or support function
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assist in documentation, data recording, and compliance activities
- Participate in training sessions and skill development programs
Department-Specific Exposure
- Microbiology: Environmental monitoring, lab testing, and microbial analysis
- Engineering & Projects: Equipment maintenance, validation, and technical operations
- DP Manufacturing: Production processes for dosage forms and batch operations
- EHS: Safety, environmental compliance, and industrial safety practices
- Visual Inspection: Product quality checks and defect identification
Compliance & Learning
- Maintain proper documentation as per regulatory requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
- Gain understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory frameworks and audits
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed relevant degree programs.
Required courses include:
BSc, MSc (Microbiology), B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, B.E (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation), B.Tech (Industrial Safety), Environmental Science, BA, BCom, BSc
Eligibility Criteria
- Only freshers (2024 or 2025 pass-outs) are eligible
- Candidates must have provisional certificate, degree certificate, and all semester mark sheets
- Candidates with prior ESI or PF registration are not eligible
