Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Fresher Chemist (0–1 Year)

• Assist in production activities under supervision
• Learn and follow SOPs for equipment and processes
• Support batch execution and documentation tasks
• Maintain safety and hygiene standards in production areas

Production – Shift Chemist (3–6 Years)

• Execute batch manufacturing as per BMR and SOPs
• Perform in-process checks and ensure quality compliance
• Monitor equipment and process parameters
• Identify risks and implement preventive actions

Production – Shift In-Charge & Documentation (7–10 Years)

• Plan and supervise all shift production activities
• Review and verify batch records, logbooks, and documents
• Handle deviations, change controls, and incident reporting
• Coordinate with QA/QC for release and compliance activities
