Job Role & Responsibilities
Production Officer (OSD)
- Handle granulation and compression activities in OSD manufacturing
- Operate and monitor equipment such as granulators, blenders, and compression machines
- Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety protocols
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and documentation
- Coordinate with QA and QC teams to ensure product quality and compliance
Granulation & Compression Operator
- Operate and monitor granulation and compression equipment efficiently
- Perform machine setup, loading, and unloading as per batch requirements
- Follow SOPs, GMP standards, and safety procedures
- Record production data and maintain documentation accuracy
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment and work areas
These roles are critical in ensuring consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and efficient pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
B.Pharm, ITI (Fitter, Mechanical or relevant trade)
Experience
