Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Apprentice, you will support discovery and pharmaceutical development projects by coordinating with multiple departments and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Management
- Assist in managing drug discovery and development projects
- Track project timelines using project management tools like Smartsheets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
Business Development Support
- Collaborate with Business Development teams for RFI and RFQ submissions
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and project timelines
- Provide updates on project status and client requirements
Client & Stakeholder Communication
- Support communication between internal teams and clients
- Share updates on client visits and project progress
- Assist in preparing presentations for client requirements
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project tracking files and performance metrics
- Prepare monthly reports on project status and business updates
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and internal reviews
Operational Coordination
- Coordinate procurement of chemicals and materials
- Work with finance teams for invoicing and cost tracking
- Ensure smooth execution from project initiation to final delivery
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields
Relevant Courses:
B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, BSc Chemistry, MSc Chemistry, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry
Experience:
- Freshers can apply
- Internship or academic project experience in pharma or research is an advantage
