Job Role & Responsibilities
Operational Excellence – Apprenticeship / Trainee
- Support documentation and analysis of manufacturing and operational processes
- Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to improvement initiatives
- Assist in implementing Lean, Kaizen, and 5S methodologies
- Track and analyze production performance metrics and quality data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, QA, and QC
- Participate in continuous improvement programs and SOP training
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards

Eligibility / Qualifications
Required Education
