Job Role & Responsibilities

Production (OSD)

• Execute granulation, compression, coating, and capsule filling operations
• Operate and monitor equipment in FBP, compression, and coating areas
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and ensure in-process checks
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and cleanroom practices
• Coordinate with QA/QC for batch release and deviations

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC for RM/PM/FP
• Ensure GLP compliance and accurate documentation of results
• Support stability studies, method verification, and routine testing
• Handle OOS/OOT investigations with proper root cause analysis

Engineering (Process/Electrical/Instrumentation)

• Maintain and troubleshoot process equipment and utilities
• Handle electrical and instrumentation systems (E&I) in plant operations
• Execute preventive maintenance and calibration schedules
• Ensure equipment uptime and compliance with validation requirements

Packing (Blister)

• Operate blister packing lines and manage primary/secondary packing
• Ensure packaging quality, reconciliation, and documentation
• Follow SOPs and regulatory requirements for packaging operations

Eligibility / Qualifications

Required Education

ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech (Mechanical, ECE, EEE), M.Sc

Experience
