Job Role & Responsibilities
Manufacturing – Injectable Operations
- Handle aseptic manufacturing operations for injectable dosage forms
- Operate and manage vial, cartridge, ampoule filling, lyophilizer, PFS, and BFS equipment
- Monitor and control machine parameters to maintain optimal production efficiency
- Perform production and packaging line changeovers as per schedule
- Maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with sterile manufacturing protocols
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor equipment maintenance
- Remove non-conforming materials and ensure quality compliance
- Support documentation activities related to production and quality processes
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc, M.Sc, B.Pharmacy, B.Tech, Diploma (Mechanical), ITI (Fitter, Electrical)
Relevant Courses:
B.Sc Life Sciences, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, B.Tech Biotechnology, Diploma Mechanical Engineering, ITI Fitter, ITI Electrical
Experience:
2 to 7 years in injectable manufacturing or sterile production environment
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of aseptic operations and sterile manufacturing processes
- Experience in injectable filling and packaging operations
- Understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical production standards
- Basic troubleshooting and equipment handling skills
