Job Role & Responsibilities
Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Execute multi-step organic synthesis for complex molecules
- Scale chemical reactions from milligram to gram quantities efficiently
- Design and optimize synthetic routes for target compounds
- Solve challenging medicinal chemistry and process chemistry problems
- Perform analytical characterization using standard laboratory techniques
- Maintain detailed and accurate laboratory documentation in compliance with research standards
- Collaborate with internal teams on research project execution and timelines
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- M.Sc in Chemistry
Relevant Courses:
Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry
Experience:
- 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in CRO or pharmaceutical R&D environment
