Job Role & Responsibilities
The responsibilities vary based on department and designation. Key responsibilities include:
Research & Development (Formulation / Analytical)
- Develop and optimize pharmaceutical formulations (OSD)
- Perform analytical testing using instruments like HPLC and GC
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory guidelines
Quality Control (API / OSD)
- Conduct wet analysis, dissolution, and instrumental analysis
- Perform sampling and testing of raw materials and finished products
- Ensure compliance with GMP and quality standards
Production (API)
- Handle reactors, cleanroom operations, and shift activities
- Manage manpower and production processes
- Ensure compliance with USFDA, WHO, and MHRA guidelines
Engineering
- Support maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Handle preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
QA / IPQA / AQA
- Monitor quality processes during manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
Packaging Development
- Work on packaging materials and development processes

- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines
- Knowledge of analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Experience:
- Freshers to 9 years (depending on role)
