Job Role & Responsibilities
IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance)
- Monitor in-process activities to ensure compliance with GMP guidelines
- Review batch manufacturing records and documentation
- Conduct line clearance and in-process checks
- Ensure adherence to quality systems and regulatory standards
Microbiology
- Perform microbial testing and environmental monitoring
- Maintain aseptic conditions in sterile manufacturing areas
- Handle culture preparation and microbial analysis
- Ensure compliance with regulatory microbiology standards
EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
- Implement safety protocols and environmental compliance measures
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits
- Ensure workplace safety and regulatory adherence
- Promote a culture of health and safety across operations
Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
- Ensure smooth operation of plant utilities and systems
