Job Role & Responsibilities

Maintenance – Process Equipment

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of critical process equipment
• Handle reactors, centrifuges, pumps, agitators, heat exchangers, compressors, and vacuum systems
• Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime in production environments
• Support maintenance documentation and compliance with GMP standards

Engineering Store (Jr Officer / Executive)

• Manage inventory control including minimum and maximum stock levels
• Handle goods receipt, material verification, storage, and issuance
• Maintain stock records and perform regular audits
• Work with ERP systems for inventory tracking and reporting
• Support internal audits and compliance documentation

Maintenance – Utility (Assistant Manager)

• Manage utility systems including HVAC, purified water systems, boilers, and steam systems
• Oversee compressed air systems, chillers, cooling towers, and nitrogen plant operations
• Handle plant maintenance, troubleshooting, and system validations
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, QMS, CAPA, deviation control, and change management
• Coordinate vendor qualification and maintain engineering documentation
