Job Role & Responsibilities
As a QC Trainee, you will be responsible for supporting quality control activities related to raw materials and packaging materials within a GMP-compliant laboratory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform sampling of raw materials and packaging materials as per SOP and GRN requirements
- Conduct wet analysis and basic analytical testing of materials
- Verify analytical instruments such as balances and KF titrators
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines and safety protocols
- Maintain accurate documentation in logbooks, registers, and analytical records
- Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for smooth sampling activities
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of sampling equipment
- Manage inward entries and verification of material documentation
- Support safe disposal of tested and released materials
This role plays a critical role in ensuring material quality, compliance, and smooth functioning of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
MSc Chemistry
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of quality control and analytical chemistry
- Understanding of GMP and laboratory documentation practices
- Attention to detail and accuracy in testing and reporting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
