Job Role & Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Review batch manufacturing and packaging records
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Handle deviation, CAPA, and change control processes
- Support audits and documentation systems
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Operate analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV, and other lab equipment
- Maintain laboratory records and ensure GLP compliance
- Report OOS and OOT results and support investigations
Production
- Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes under GMP conditions
- Monitor equipment, batch processes, and production parameters
- Maintain documentation as per SOPs
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Engineering
- Handle maintenance of plant machinery and utilities
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Ensure smooth functioning of equipment in production areas
- Maintain engineering documentation and compliance standards
