Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – OSD Formulations

• Operate granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing equipment
• Handle machines such as RMG, FBP, FBD, Wurster coating, Fette, Korsch, Cadmach, Glatt, ACG Smart, and more
• Ensure adherence to batch manufacturing processes and SOPs
• Maintain GMP compliance and documentation during production activities

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, and GCMS
• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Maintain laboratory documentation and support audits

Warehouse

• Handle RM, PM, and FG materials
• Manage inventory, storage, and material movement
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with warehouse SOPs

Engineering

• Perform maintenance of process equipment and plant utilities
• Handle HVAC, BMS, and preventive maintenance systems
• Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing equipment

Experience:
