Job Role & Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary depending on the department. Key responsibilities include:
Production Department
- Support API manufacturing and process operations
- Follow batch manufacturing records and SOPs
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety guidelines
Quality Department
- Perform analytical testing and quality checks
- Maintain documentation as per GLP and regulatory standards
- Support validation and quality assurance processes
Engineering Department
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and utilities
- Support plant maintenance, electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensure smooth operation of production facilities
These roles are critical in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
BSc Chemistry, B.Pharmacy, Intermediate, B.Com, MSc Organic Chemistry, MSc Analytical Chemistry, ITI (Fitter, Electrician), Diploma Mechanical, Diploma Electrical
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality systems
- Understanding of GMP and safety practices
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in plant-based environments
Experience:
- Freshers only (Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025)
- Age limit: 18–26 years
