Job Role & Responsibilities
Role 1: Clinical Data Management (CDM)
- Perform clinical data review, validation, and data cleaning
- Manage queries and resolve discrepancies
- Review lab data, adverse events (AE), and listings
- Ensure compliance with protocol, Data Management Plan (DMP), and GCP
- Support database lock and study closeout activities
Role 2: Clinical Data Management + UAT
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EDC systems
- Write and execute test cases and validation scripts
- Validate edit checks, screens, and system functionalities
- Review SAS listings and outputs
- Support EDC setup, study build, and validation
Role 3: Vendor Reconciliation Specialist
- Perform reconciliation of vendor data (lab, ECG, imaging)
- Compare external vendor data with EDC datasets
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams
- Ensure timely reconciliation for database lock
These roles are critical for ensuring data quality, regulatory compliance, and successful clinical trial execution.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:
B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Data Management processes
- Experience with EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, Veeva)
- Understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and GCP guidelines
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Experience:
- CDM Role: 4–10 years
- CDM + UAT Role: 5+ years
- Vendor Reconciliation Role: 6+ years
Location & Salary
- Location: Remote (Work from Home)
- Salary: Competitive salary based on experience and CRO industry standards
- Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred
