Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – API Manufacturing

• Execute API production processes as per batch manufacturing records
• Monitor chemical reactions and ensure process efficiency
• Maintain safety, GMP compliance, and documentation
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for smooth operations

Quality Assurance (QA – AQA/IPQA)

• Perform in-process quality checks and audits
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Handle documentation review and batch release processes
• Support internal and external audits

Quality Control (QC – GC/HPLC)

• Conduct analytical testing using GC and HPLC instruments
• Perform raw material and finished product analysis
• Maintain laboratory records and calibration logs
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results

Analytical Development

• Develop and validate analytical methods using GC/HPLC
• Support R&D and method transfer activities
• Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions

Engineering (Mechanical / HVAC / Utilities)

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment such as chillers, HVAC, and AC systems
• Ensure uninterrupted utility support for manufacturing
• Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown handling

Eligibility / Qualifications

DCE, B.Tech, BSc, MSc Chemistry, B.Pharm, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, ITI, B.E Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, ECE, EEE
