Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Process Associate in the Healthcare Voice Process, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions and supporting operational workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer queries via email and chat support channels
- Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain process quality and follow standard operating procedures

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, BSc, BCom, BA, MSc, MA, MBA
Not Eligible:
B.Tech, BE, MCA, IT graduates are not eligible
Experience:
- Freshers only (2024, 2025 pass-outs)
- 2026 candidates can apply if available to join within 10 days
