Job Role & Responsibilities
HR Officer – HR Operations
- Execute employee induction programs and coordinate onboarding processes
- Manage attendance, time office records, and workforce tracking systems
- Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation for new hires
- Initiate and coordinate exit formalities including documentation and clearance
- Maintain HR records, employee data, and compliance documentation
- Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
- Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for seamless HR operations
- Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities

Eligibility / Qualifications

MBA (Human Resources)
