Job Role & Responsibilities

HR Officer – HR Operations

  • Execute employee induction programs and coordinate onboarding processes
  • Manage attendance, time office records, and workforce tracking systems
  • Ensure smooth joining formalities and documentation for new hires
  • Initiate and coordinate exit formalities including documentation and clearance
  • Maintain HR records, employee data, and compliance documentation
  • Support HR audits and ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations
  • Coordinate with payroll and admin teams for seamless HR operations
  • Assist in training coordination and employee engagement activities

Eligibility / Qualifications
