Job Role & Responsibilities

HCC Medical Coding – Fresher Role

• Assign accurate medical codes using ICD and CPT classification systems
• Review patient records and clinical documentation for coding accuracy
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
• Apply knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology in coding tasks
• Maintain data quality and support healthcare analytics processes
• Collaborate with internal teams for quality checks and audit processes

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:
