Job Role & Responsibilities

Apprenticeship Roles – Multiple Departments

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Support documentation and batch record review processes
• Assist in maintaining GMP compliance and quality systems
• Participate in internal audits and documentation control

Quality Control (QC) & ADL

• Perform basic analytical testing under supervision
• Assist in handling instruments and maintaining lab records
• Support sample analysis and documentation activities

Production (Tablet/Capsule & Injectables)

• Assist in manufacturing operations and batch processing
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during production activities
• Support equipment handling and documentation practices

HR/Admin

• Assist in HR operations, documentation, and administrative coordination
• Support onboarding and employee record management

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:

M.Pharm, B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, MSW, MBA, MHRM
