Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – Injectable & Sterile Manufacturing

• Operate injectable production lines including autoclave, eye drop filling, and powder filling
• Handle lyophilization (freeze-drying) processes and sterile operations
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and follow GMP compliance
• Perform visual inspection and packaging operations
• Ensure adherence to cleanroom protocols and safety guidelines

Quality Control (QC) – Analytical & Microbiology

• Conduct analysis using HPLC, EM, BET, sterility testing, and wet lab techniques
• Perform raw material (RM), finished product (FP), and stability analysis
• Maintain GLP documentation and use analytical software systems
• Handle microbiology testing including environmental monitoring and sterility

Quality Assurance (QA) – Compliance & Documentation

• Manage vendor qualification (VQ) and regulatory communication (RA)
• Review batch records and ensure compliance with GMP standards
• Handle audits, CAPA, deviations, and change control processes
• Support regulatory submissions and documentation activities

Engineering – Plant Maintenance & Utilities

• Maintain water systems, HVAC systems, and utility operations
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
• Ensure smooth functioning of engineering systems in production areas

Warehouse – Material Management

• Manage raw material (RM) and packing material (PM) inventory
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with storage guidelines

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have completed:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Chemistry, B.Sc Microbiology, ITI, Diploma, BE Mechanical/Electrical

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutical Sciences, Organic Chemistry, Microbiology, Industrial Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Quality Assurance, Analytical Chemistry

• Experience:
  • Production & Packing: 0 to 5 years
  • QC & Microbiology: 0 to 5+ years
  • QA: 2 to 10+ years
  • Engineering: 1 to 5+ years
• Experience in injectable or sterile manufacturing preferred
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance required
• Experience in USFDA-approved plants is an advantage
