Job Role & Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Prepare and maintain GMP documentation including SOPs, BMRs, and validation records
• Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and change control processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal quality systems
• Assist in audit preparation and documentation review
• Maintain quality standards across manufacturing operations

Research & Development (R&D)

• Perform microbiological testing and analysis
• Handle media preparation, validation, and laboratory documentation
• Support development activities for formulations and sterile processes
• Work with GLP-compliant laboratory systems
• Assist in method development and process optimization

Production Operator

• Operate equipment such as fermenters, centrifuges, and filtration systems
• Assist in manufacturing processes including sterilization and filtration
• Maintain production records and batch documentation
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP standards
• Support day-to-day production activities and equipment handling

These roles provide strong technical exposure to pharmaceutical production, microbiology testing, and compliance systems, helping candidates build industry-relevant skills.

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must have one of the following qualifications:

M.Pharm, M.Sc (Microbiology), B.Sc (Chemistry/Life Sciences), Diploma (Relevant Field)

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Industrial Chemistry

• Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers eligible)
