Job Role & Responsibilities

OSD Manufacturing (Granulation / Compression)

• Operate and monitor granulation and compression processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines and SOPs
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and documentation
• Handle equipment and troubleshoot production issues
• Support continuous improvement in manufacturing processes

Quality Control (HPLC / Finished Product / AMV)

• Perform analysis using HPLC and other analytical instruments
• Conduct finished product testing and stability studies
• Execute analytical method validation (AMV) and verification
• Interpret data and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain laboratory documentation as per GLP guidelines

Injectable Manufacturing (Operator/Technician)

• Handle aseptic manufacturing processes and sterile operations
• Operate injectable manufacturing equipment
• Follow strict GMP and cleanroom protocols
• Maintain batch records and production logs

OSD Packing

• Manage packing operations including blister and bottle packing
• Ensure proper labeling, serialization, and compliance
• Maintain packing records and documentation

Engineering (Maintenance / Instrumentation)

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment
• Handle utilities, HVAC systems, and instrumentation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• Maintain engineering documentation and calibration records

Eligibility / Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following educational requirements:

B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry), B.Sc, Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical), ITI

Relevant courses include: Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Organic Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering

• Experience: 3 to 10 years (depending on role)
• Strong knowledge of GMP/GLP and regulatory compliance
• Experience in USFDA/MHRA/EU approved plants preferred
• Willingness to work in shift-based operations
