Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Project Scientist (Pharmacist), you will be directly involved in clinical trial pharmacy operations and investigational product management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and manage sterile compounding pharmacy setups for Phase I clinical trials
- Handle preparation and management of investigational products (IP)
- Ensure proper drug storage, dispensing, and accountability
- Maintain blinding integrity in clinical studies
- Work with dose escalation committees for cohort-based dosing
- Maintain temperature logs and pharmacy documentation as per GCP guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical protocols
- Support sample processing and coordination with clinical teams
This role contributes directly to vaccine innovation and early clinical validation, making it highly impactful in public health advancement.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
- M.Pharm with minimum 1 year of clinical trial pharmacy experience
OR - B.Pharm with minimum 3 years of clinical trial pharmacy experience
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid State Pharmacy Council registration
- Knowledge of drug storage and dispensing regulations
