Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Analyst I – Classifications, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical datasets and supporting AI-based analytics systems.
- Review and classify pharmaceutical data from multiple sources using defined SOPs and workflows
- Validate information through secondary research using credible scientific and regulatory databases
- Identify inconsistencies in datasets and resolve classification issues with minimal supervision
- Escalate systemic data quality issues and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on classification standards
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring junior analysts on data processes
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in life sciences data classification and reporting
Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Graduate, Postgraduate, or Doctorate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related fields
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in research, data analysis, pharma data entry, or similar roles
Relevant courses include: B.Pharmacy, M.Pharmacy, Pharm.D, BSc Life Sciences, MSc Biotechnology, MSc Microbiology, MSc Biochemistry, MBBS, Life Sciences, Clinical Research
Required skills:
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical product lifecycle and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced secondary research and data validation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams
