Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – DCS / Cleanroom Operations (Chemist / Officer)

• Handle DCS (Distributed Control System) operations in API manufacturing
• Execute batch processes in cleanroom environments
• Monitor production parameters and ensure GMP compliance
• Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMRs)
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for smooth operations

Quality Control – HPLC / GC / Wet Analysis (Officer)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and wet lab techniques
• Conduct method validation and routine analysis
• Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and regulatory standards
• Maintain documentation and data integrity

Quality Assurance – AQA / General QA (Executive)

• Implement QA systems and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Handle audits, deviations, CAPA, and documentation
• Support validation and qualification processes

Plant Engineering – Mechanical & Electrical

• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment in API manufacturing plants
• Handle mechanical and electrical maintenance activities
• Ensure smooth functioning of utilities and production equipment
• Support preventive maintenance and breakdown handling

Required Education

• B.Sc (Chemistry)
