Job Role & Responsibilities
As an Associate STEM Content Analyst – Chemistry, you will work on extracting and analyzing scientific and patent-related chemical information to support global research databases.
- Extract novel scientific and chemical information from patent documents
- Analyze and index data using Derwent World Patents Index (DWPI) coding standards
- Apply editorial policies to ensure accuracy and consistency in content curation
- Achieve productivity and quality targets in scientific data processing
- Interpret chemical structures, reactions, catalysts, and formulations
- Use chemical drawing tools such as ISIS Draw for structure representation
- Continuously upgrade domain knowledge related to chemistry and patent analytics
- Adapt to process improvements and evolving data workflows

Eligibility / Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- M.Sc in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- Freshers preferred, or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
Relevant courses include: MSc Chemistry, MSc Organic Chemistry, MSc Pharmaceutical Chemistry, MSc Analytical Chemistry, MSc Industrial Chemistry
