Job Role & Responsibilities

The organization is hiring across multiple departments. Each role contributes directly to pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, and healthcare delivery.

Quality Control (QC)

• Perform analytical testing using HPLC and GC
• Conduct raw material and finished product analysis
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation
• Support stability and validation studies

Analytical Development Lab (ADL)

• Assist in analytical method development and validation
• Support laboratory testing and documentation
• Ensure compliance with GLP standards

Production (Injection / Tablet / Capsule / Liquid)

• Execute manufacturing operations as per SOP and BMR
• Handle equipment and ensure batch quality
• Maintain process parameters and documentation
• Work in regulated environments (injectable & OSD manufacturing)

Quality Assurance (QA)

• Handle IPQA, validation, and qualification activities
• Manage deviation, CAPA, and change control
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

HR/Admin

• Recruitment coordination and payroll administration
• Employee lifecycle management and HR operations

PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control)

• Manage production schedules and inventory
• Coordinate procurement and supply chain activities

Formulation & Development (R&D)
