Job Role & Responsibilities

Production – TA / Sr. TA / Executive

• Handle OSD manufacturing processes including granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, and softgel operations
• Execute batch manufacturing as per SOP and GMP guidelines
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure product quality
• Maintain documentation including BMR and production records

Packing – TA / Sr. TA / Executive

• Manage primary and secondary packing operations such as blister packing, bottle packing, and sachet filling
• Ensure labeling, packaging accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Handle packing line operations and documentation

Engineering – TA / Sr. TA / Executive

• Maintain process equipment, utilities, and packing machinery
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities
• Ensure smooth plant operations and equipment reliability

Quality Control (QC) – Executive

• Perform analysis of raw materials (RM), in-process (IP), and finished products (FP)
• Conduct stability studies and microbiological testing
• Ensure compliance with GLP and analytical procedures

Quality Assurance (QA) – Executive

• Handle validation, QMS, IPQA, AQA, and market complaints
• Manage deviation, CAPA, and audit compliance
• Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory requirements
