CSIR–Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM) has announced its Summer Research & Training Program 2026 for students across Biological, Chemical, and Agricultural sciences. This is a highly competitive research internship opportunity starting from May 2026, offering hands-on experience under top CSIR scientists.

The program is designed for students pursuing B.Pharm, MSc, BSc (Hons), B.Tech, MBBS, and related courses who want to gain practical exposure in advanced research, drug discovery, and life sciences.

Program Details & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will work on assigned research projects under the mentorship of CSIR scientists or technical officers.

Eligibility / Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: MSc, B.Tech, B.Pharm, BSc (Hons), MBBS, BDS, Integrated Programs (BSc-MSc, BTech-MTech, MVSc)
• Students must be currently pursuing:
  • MSc program
  • 3rd or 4th year of B.Tech/B.Pharm/BSc (Hons)
  • 3rd year onwards in integrated programs
  • MBBS/BDS (any year)
• Not Eligible: 3-year BSc students and PhD candidates

Duration & Fees

• Duration: 2 to 6 months
• Fee Structure:
  • 2 Months: ₹10,000 + GST
  • 3 Months: ₹15,000 + GST
  • 4 Months: ₹20,000 + GST
  • 5 Months: ₹25,000 + GST
  • 6 Months: ₹30,000 + GST

Location & Stipend

• Location: CSIR-IIIM Jammu / Srinagar
• Work Mode: On-site research training
• Stipend: Not provided (self-funded program)

Accommodation may be provided on a limited basis for outstation candidates (especially female students), subject to availability.
