Job Role & Responsibilities
Executive – Formulation & Development (FnD)
This role focuses on pharmaceutical formulation development, especially for complex oral solid dosage (OSD) and oncology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop formulations for OSD and oncology drug products
- Prepare and review FnD documentation such as Product Development Reports, Specifications, MFC, BMR, Stability Protocols, CCF, and Deviation reports
- Work in compliance with ICH and global regulatory guidelines
- Handle scale-up and technology transfer activities
- Support regulatory submissions for global markets
Executive – Analytical Development Laboratory (ADL)
This role focuses on analytical method development and validation for pharmaceutical formulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC, GC, IC method development, validation, and verification
- Conduct dissolution testing including comparative and multimedia dissolution studies
- Prepare analytical reports and statistical evaluations
- Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, IC
- Ensure compliance with USP, EP, BP, JP standards and ICH/FDA/EMEA guidelines
- Handle calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
These roles directly contribute to drug development pipelines, regulatory approvals, and the production of safe and effective pharmaceutical products.
Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
