Job Role & Responsibilities
Trainee Clinical Research Associate (Fresher)
- Support clinical trial activities at study sites under supervision
- Assist in site coordination, documentation, and data collection
- Learn monitoring basics, source data verification, and case report form handling
- Coordinate with investigators, site staff, and internal teams
- Ensure adherence to protocol, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and maintain study files, logs, and essential documents
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to build CRA skills
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research)
- Experience: Freshers eligible (0 years)
- Strong interest in clinical research and clinical trials
- Basic understanding of GCP guidelines and research processes (preferred)
- Good communication, organization, and documentation skills
