Job Role & Responsibilities
Production (API Manufacturing)
- Handle API manufacturing processes including reaction, filtration, drying, and handling of intermediates
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and SOP guidelines
- Maintain batch manufacturing records and process documentation
- Monitor process parameters and ensure product quality
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Perform analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other instruments
- Conduct microbiological and chemical analysis as per standards
- Review analytical data and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle documentation, validation, and quality system activities
Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot plant equipment and utilities
- Handle instrumentation systems and preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards

Eligibility / Qualifications
Educational Qualification:
Diploma, B.E., B.Tech (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation), B.Sc, M.Sc (Chemistry)
Relevant courses: Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering
Experience Required:
