Job Role & Responsibilities
Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
- Support planning, execution, and coordination of clinical trials at the site
- Work closely with investigators, patients, and sponsors to ensure smooth study conduct
- Screen, recruit, and enroll eligible participants as per protocol
- Obtain informed consent and ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory guidelines
- Schedule patient visits, perform study-related assessments, and collect clinical data
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity throughout the study
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate study updates
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and institutional policies
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, BSc, MSc (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Research)
- Experience: 0–1 year (freshers eligible)
- Basic understanding of clinical research and GCP guidelines preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced research environment
