Job Role and Responsibilities
Selected candidates will support global safety operations, clinical trial safety projects, pharmacovigilance systems, and regulatory safety activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support setup, maintenance, and closeout of clinical safety projects
- Assist Global Safety Leads in preparing Safety Management Plans
- Support reconciliation plans and safety documentation activities
- Help prepare project-specific templates, trainings, and job aids
- Assist with safety database setup and maintenance
- Support safety reporting and compliance activities
- Contribute to monthly status reports and project metrics preparation
- Support TMF management and safety documentation filing
- Assist during internal, client, and regulatory audits
- Ensure compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and SOPs
- Maintain patient safety and quality standards during all safety operations
