Job Role & Responsibilities

Associate Trainer Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support training operations, onboarding activities, quality initiatives, and project management functions within the Global Project Management department.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Following departmental SOPs, work instructions, and compliance requirements
  • Completing assigned training programs within defined timelines
  • Providing new joiner training progress updates
  • Managing day-to-day training-related activities and operational tasks
  • Supporting internal departments with administrative and technical requirements
  • Ensuring timely completion of project-related documentation
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for document delivery and compliance
  • Escalating operational issues and supporting resolution activities
  • Conducting investigations related to quality events
  • Performing root cause analysis and preparing CAPA documentation
  • Maintaining operational and training metrics reports
  • Preparing and updating training plans for Study Start-Up and Study Maintenance activities
  • Managing onboarding checklists for new employees
  • Reviewing and updating department-controlled documents
  • Acting as a liaison between departments for training-related activities
  • Conducting remediation training sessions based on quality trends and performance analysis
  • Delivering process and system training to team members
