Job Role & Responsibilities

Associate – Filling (Nasal & Derma)

Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform filling operations for nasal and topical dermatology products.
  • Operate nasal filling machines and dermatological filling equipment.
  • Handle bottle filling, capping, tube filling, and soft bag filling processes.
  • Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Maintain batch records and production documentation.
  • Follow SOPs and safety procedures during manufacturing activities.
  • Support production targets while maintaining product quality standards.

Associate – Packing (Nasal & Derma)

Qualification: ITI / B.Sc / Diploma

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute packaging activities for nasal formulations.
  • Operate labeling, cartonning, printing, and serialization systems.
  • Handle primary and secondary packaging operations.
  • Ensure compliance with packaging SOPs and GMP guidelines.
  • Maintain packaging documentation and batch records.
  • Work with electronic batch manufacturing records (EBMR).

  • Conduct assay and related substance analysis.
  • Perform Spray Pattern and SCU testing.
  • Conduct APSD (NGI) evaluation.
  • Analyze Delivered Dose Uniformity (DDU).
  • Perform Fine Particle Mass (FPM) studies.
  • Conduct physical and chemical testing as per specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laboratory procedures.

Officer / Executive – Ophthalmic Quality Control

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Sc

Experience:

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze ophthalmic finished products according to approved specifications.
  • Perform Assay, Related Substances, Dissolution, PSD, and physical testing.
  • Operate and calibrate analytical instruments.
