Job Role & Responsibilities
Systematic Literature Review (SLR) Activities
- Conduct systematic searches using databases such as PubMed, Embase, and other scientific literature sources.
- Develop and refine search strategies based on project objectives.
- Define inclusion and exclusion criteria using PICOS methodology.
- Screen, review, and select relevant scientific studies.
- Perform evidence identification and synthesis activities.
Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR)
- Support evidence generation projects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
- Contribute to health economics and outcomes research initiatives.
- Assist in developing evidence to support health economic models.
- Support market access and value demonstration strategies.
- Contribute to real-world evidence (RWE) projects.
Scientific Writing & Publications
- Prepare evidence summaries and scientific reports.
- Develop client-ready presentations and deliverables.
- Support manuscript preparation and publication activities.
- Contribute to abstracts, posters, and peer-reviewed publications.
- Present evidence-based findings clearly and accurately.
Data Analysis & Evidence Synthesis
- Extract and analyze data from scientific studies.
- Interpret clinical and health outcomes data.

Client & Project Management
- Collaborate with project teams across global locations.
- Work closely with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients.

- Ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Guide junior team members on project activities.
- Support internal training and mentoring programs.
