Job Role & Responsibilities

Zytex is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Production Officer – Fermentation Plant (Male)

  • Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology/Microbiology, B.Tech/BE Biotechnology
  • Experience: 2–8 years
  • Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA
  • Responsibilities:
    • Oversee fermentation plant operations.
    • Ensure process compliance with SOPs.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production.

2. QA Officer – Fermentation Plant (Male Preferred)

  • Qualification: M.Sc Biotechnology/Microbiology, B.Tech/BE Biotechnology, Food Technology
  • Experience: 5–8 years
  • Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
  • Responsibilities:
    • Conduct QA activities for fermentation processes.
    • Ensure adherence to GMP and quality standards.
    • Prepare QA documentation for audits.

3. Trainee/Junior QC Microbiologist (Male)

  • Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years
  • Salary: Up to ₹3.2 LPA
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform microbiological QC testing.
    • Support sample preparation and documentation.

4. Sr. QC Microbiologist

  • Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
  • Experience: 8+ years
