Job Role & Responsibilities
ChirokHealth is hiring for multiple coding and quality roles:
1. Medical Coder / Sr. Medical Coder
- Review and analyze medical records to assign accurate ICD-10-CM and CPT codes.
- Work on E/M specialty coding (Inpatient or Outpatient).
- Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and client specifications.
- Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks consistently.
2. Quality Analyst
- Audit coded charts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide feedback and training to coding teams.
- Work closely with team leads to maintain coding quality.
- Support in preparing compliance reports for clients.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Any graduate with certification in medical coding (AAPC/AHIMA mandatory).
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in E/M IP or OP coding for coder roles.
- Minimum 1 year of auditor experience for Quality Analyst roles.
- Other Requirements:
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30 days’ notice period preferred.
- Strong understanding of E/M coding guidelines and compliance requirements.
