Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance (QA) – QMS Section

  • Position: Officer
  • Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2–5 years (Male candidates only)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Coordination and evaluation of QMS activities (Change Control, Deviation, CAPA).
    • Training management: approval, allocation, and tracking.
    • New product initiation and evaluation.
    • Preparation and review of SOPs across departments.
    • Adherence to cGMP, GDP, and data integrity standards.

2. Quality Control – Analytical Lab

  • Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
  • Qualification: M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2–6 years (Male candidates only)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Analysis of raw material, packing material, IP, FP, and stability samples.
    • Operation of sophisticated instruments: HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Dissolution, etc.
    • Preventive maintenance of lab equipment.

3. Engineering – Instrumentation

  • Position: Officer / Sr. Officer
  • Qualification: Diploma / BE Instrumentation
  • Experience: 3–6 years (Male candidates only)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Maintenance of RMG, FBD, tablet compression, coating, BIOS, capsule filling machines, and bottle line.
    • Knowledge of wiring, signal conditioning, PLCs, and instrumentation devices.
    • Control wiring for electrical control panels.

4. Microbiology

  • Position: Apprentice
  • Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology)
  • Experience: Fresher (Male candidates only)
  • Responsibilities:
    • Support in daily microbiological testing and documentation.
    • Assist in QMS document handling.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Courses Eligible: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology), Diploma/BE Instrumentation.
  • Experience Range: Freshers to 6 years depending on role.
  • Other Requirements: Male candidates preferred.
