Job Role & Responsibilities
Hetero is hiring for multiple departments with the following requirements:
Production (Formulations – Injectable)
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Areas: Autoclave, Compounding, Filling, Vial Washing, Lyophilizer
- Responsibilities: Handling sterile production processes, ensuring cGMP compliance, operating and maintaining equipment.
Packing
- Experience: 1–5 years
- Areas: Blister Primary Packing, Bottle Primary Packing
- Responsibilities: Operating packing machinery, ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance.
QC – Microbiology
- Experience: 1–5 years
- Areas: Environmental Monitoring (EM), Water Testing, Product Analysis (MLT & Sterility)
- Responsibilities: Conducting microbiological tests, monitoring cleanrooms, ensuring sterility standards.
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Experience: 3–10 years
- Areas: Validation, CSV, QMS, AQA (QC & Micro)
- Responsibilities: Overseeing quality systems, audits, validation protocols, and regulatory documentation.
Engineering
- Experience: 3–6 years
- Areas: Mechanical & Instrumentation, Sterile Equipment Maintenance, Calibration
- Responsibilities: Supporting process maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment calibration.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: ITI, Diploma, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.Sc, M.Pharm (preferred courses: Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Instrumentation).
- Experience Range: 1–10 years depending on the department and role.
- Skills Required: GMP compliance, sterile manufacturing knowledge, equipment handling, regulatory documentation, and process validation.
