Job Role & Responsibilities
Bliss GVS Pharma is hiring for the following positions:
1. Research Associate / Senior Research Associate (Formulation & Analytical R&D)
- Conduct formulation development for solid oral dosage, liquid, or injectable forms.
- Support analytical method development and validation.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
2. Executive (Formulation R&D / Analytical R&D)
- Oversee formulation development projects.
- Supervise analytical testing and ensure data integrity.
- Contribute to scaling up processes from lab to pilot/commercial scale.
- Handle regulatory and GMP-related documentation.
Eligibility / Qualifications
- For Formulation R&D: M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology)
- For Analytical R&D: M.Sc (Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry) or M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance)
- Experience: 1 to 5 years in R&D (Formulation or Analytical)
- Candidates must have hands-on experience in R&D projects, analytical instrumentation, GMP documentation, and regulatory compliance.
