Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Quality Control (QC)

  • Qualification: M.Sc. Organic/Analytical Chemistry, M.Pharm
  • Experience: 2–5 years in API industry
  • Responsibilities:
    • Perform HPLC, GC, and wet chemical analyses.
    • Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
    • Prepare SOPs as per regulatory standards.
    • Conduct stability studies and market sample analysis.
    • Ensure GLP-oriented documentation and compliance.
    • Work on laboratory software platforms for analytical testing.

2. Quality Assurance (QA)

  • Qualification: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, M.Pharm
  • Experience: 4–12 years in API industry
  • Responsibilities:
    • Ensure cGMP and regulatory compliance across QA operations.
    • Manage AQA, IPQA, batch release, deviations, CAPA, change control, and audits.
    • Oversee analytical data review with strict adherence to ALCOA+ principles.
    • Monitor on-floor QA activities and in-process checks.
    • Review qualifications, preventive maintenance, and calibration.
    • Prepare regulatory quality documents independently.
    • Drive automation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility / Qualifications

  • Required Education: M.Sc. Organic Chemistry, M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry, M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Industrial Pharmacy).
